1. Clear Colored Front and Last full page of Valid Indian passport copies with minimum validity of six months.
2 . Valid UK , Ireland/ USA or Schengen visa.

Tourist
Passport: Valid for at least six months with a minimum of two blank pages available. Please attach all old passports;
Application Form: Original Application form for Turkey Visa duly filled in and signed by the applicants (form attached).
Photographs: Two recent color photographs 2.5 x 2.5 inch in size in white background 70 to 80 % face matt finishing.
Covering Letter: Original covering letter on company letter head (if self employed) mentioning applicant name, nationality, passport no, the purpose of visit overseas along with the duration, the date of travel and about expenses during visit. Letter should be address to the Visa officer, The Consulate General of Turkey, Mumbai.
Proof of profession & financial means
If Employed/Self-Employed:-
-Leave/cover letter from employer/company with letterhead, signature, seal/stamp.
-Last 3 months’ salary slips with letterhead, signature, seal/stamp
-Last 3 months’ personal bank statement (original or copies attested by bank it should be salary account statement )

If Employer:-
-Company registration documents. Original notary and Mantralaya/MEA attestation needs to be done for each applicant.

Personal Financial Document: Original update personal bank statements for last 6 months with bank seal & duly sign. (With sufficient balance of more than 1 Lac rupees per person)
Hotel Accommodation: Hotel confirmation voucher copy and Day to Day Tour Itinerary.
Air Tickets: Return air ticket copy
Business:-

No should be on company’s rubber seal stating the applicant’s name, purpose & duration of visit and sponsorship details. The letter should be duly signed by the authorized signatory with his name & designation and addressed to the visa officer “Consulate General of Turkey, Mumbai.
